The Cardiff Tasting Tour is back on the Loving Welsh Food menu

Loving Welsh Food is delighted to announce that the very popular Cardiff Tasting Tour is back on the menu – running every Saturday from 15 October 2022. The tour is a great way to experience Cardiff, tuck into a variety of Welsh food and drink tastings, learn some history and enjoy great company.

The social aspect of the tour is as important as the food and drink!

There are 7 tasting stops in total, including a new venue – Daffodil – A relaxed bar, fine dining restaurant and hidden garden in the city centre. Daffodil champions local Welsh suppliers using small artisan suppliers many of whom can be found in Cardiff Market.  Guests will enjoy a taster of Daffodil’s signature Barti Ddu Rum mojito with some delicious samples of paprika- rich chorizo & creamy Caws Cenarth sheep’s milk cheese, local breads and cheeses.

On the menu, warm Welsh cakes, Cwtch tea, Ffwrnes pizza, Welsh beer and cider, laverbread & cockles, faggots and Clarks pies.  Also beautiful parks, majestic buildings and key landmarks including Cardiff Castle and Principality Stadium ‘the home of Welsh rugby’.
