Meet Cardiff offers a free accommodation booking service. We shall negotiate with hotels, serviced apartments and academic institutions on your behalf, to secure an allocation of accommodation for your next business event. .
Our free service includes:
- Working with accommodation providers, we shall secure an allocation of rooms at preferential rates.
- Rooms are block booked provisionally with accommodation providers (with no obligation) ensuring that all your delegates can be accommodated.
- We can handle requirements for your staff, speakers or VIPs at your selected accommodation.
- We can help by sending campaign emails direct to all delegates who have booked.
