PHO
Pho is one of several restaurants dotted around the country, it serves healthy, great value Vietnamese food that’s cooked fresh daily. We specialise in pho, a delicious and nutritous noodle soup (and the national dish of Vietnam), and many other authentic Vietnamese street foods, salads and noodle dishes. Our drinks menu includes Vietnamese beers, coffees and cocktails (like our signature Phojito) as well as freshly squeezed juices and a great wine list. Can’t eat meat, dairy, eggs or gluten? Our menu is very friendly.

ROYAL WELSH COLLEGE OF MUSIC AND DRAMA
The National Conservatoire of Wales, a contemporary building overlooking the Castle and parkland, provides performances and behind the scenes tours for groups and offers excellent catering options.
