Cardiff International White Water (CIWW) is an Olympic standard white water rafting centre in the International Sports Village.
It is a centre of excellence for training. The venue runs courses, from the Paddle School to Duke of Edinburgh Awards. It is also a perfect choice for team building activities with an indoor meeting facility and cafe.The site also offers an indoor simulated surf machine which provides the thrill of body boarding or Air Trail, where delegates can get harnessed up and cross the high ropes timber structure which towers over the rafting course and includes Burma Bridge, Monkey Swing, Barrel Crawl and Zip Wire.
With up to six people in a raft, white water rafting is one of the most sociable activities available. Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned white water enthusiasts, the two hour coached sessions provide action-packed fun from start to finish.
